Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website belongs to Los Gatos Telephone Answering Service, based in Campbell, California. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Los Gatos Telephone Answering Service. This policy covers this website only. It does not describe how we handle calls or information for our answering and monitoring clients, which is covered by our service agreements with them.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the message you write. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you send or tell us. You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not take payments on it.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, put together a quote, and follow up with you about our services. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

Contact form messages pass through our website hosting provider, which receives them for us and delivers them to us. We may also share information with service providers who help us run our business, or when the law requires it.

Fonts and technical data

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and you are welcome to ask us about those too.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
